JAY PARTS BUSHING KIT & SLEEVES KIT STEERING LEVER FOR POLARIS SCRAMBLER XP 1000 S & POLARIS SPORTSMAN XP 1000 S

We have made special bushings to convert the steering lever to grease nipples to extend the life time.

The bushings and sealing caps are made of hardened stainless steel (rustproof), only the best is good enought for our demand! For the bushings PE-GL with oil additive was used as wear resistant material. The O-ring in the stainless steel sealing cap seals against dirt and water.

ATTENTION
Do not hit the bushings with a hammer!
Put a little grease to the screw during installation to prevent corrosion. Grease the O-ring and use the grease on the inside of the bushing extensively.
