Heavy-Duty Base system provides secure mounting orientations for flat surfaces or 3/4" - 2" round tubing. Works best on ATVs, UTVs, Trucks, Trailers, Garage and Boats.

(2) Heavy-Duty retaining straps included. Straps have reinforced shoulders and connection points. Straps have dual-loop function that can be doubled back over.

Tool-less removal of grips from base via thumbscrew.
