Less Wear and Tear with Our Dual-Bushing Design

What makes RackBoss® 2.0 so good at preventing slop? It’s engineered

with X24 Tech—heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack that

remove play from the internals. Reducing play also keeps the tension

spring nearly motionless. With little to no unintended internal

movement, this rack can turn massive tires through heavy rides and hard

hits and still stay in like-new condition for years longer than the next

best rack. And with the built-in grease fitting, you can push fresh

grease through after you go deep in mud or water.

Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods

tie rod performance and quality, you want our billet aluminum hex tie

rods. They’re big and beefy, but they’re also ultra light thanks to the

billet aluminum construction. They use 3/4” outer heim joint tie rods

and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack

threads. Did we mention they look damn good? People won’t stop gawking

toughest terrain.
