The inner core structure is completely newly developed and was successfully tested at the Dakar 2022, Hellas Rally 2022 and many more. Rallys successfully tested. Extensive stress tests were also carried out by the German GCC Champion 2023 Jay Gröpl in the 2023 season without having to renew or replace the silencers once.

The RP-JAY PARTS Performance manifold is designed to optimise the exhaust gas flow to the maximum. This leads to significant increases in power and torque.
Special attention was paid to the tapered pipe run in order to utilise the Venturi effect and thus optimally dissipate the high combustion temperature from the cylinder head that is typical for Polaris.
