JAY PARTS CV-Performance Propshaft Polaris Scrambler 850/1000 & Polaris Sportsman 850 / 1000

The Jay Parts CV-Performance Series propshaft features CV joints with chromoly cage, cross, housing and lithium grease. Together they offer you the best alternative to universal joints and the best protection against dirt and rust you can get for a propshaft.

With high quality boots to protect the joints from the elements, you won't have any rattling, wobbling or extensive maintenance. You can't go wrong with our propshaft.

ASSEMBLY

The CV-Performance propshaft is plug and play to install and requires no additional modifications. During installation, lubricate the gear teeth on the transmission and differential with water-resistant grease.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance includes lubricating the grease nipple on the gearbox side as usual after each large load. Clean and check the sleeves after extreme operation. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents for cleaning!

TIP

Check the play at the Pinion (front differential). It offers itself to also replace the main bearing or the Pinion cover.
