We make our gears from 9310 steel alloy and CNC grind them to fit perfectly so both idler gears share the load equally. They’ll take a beating. Picking your gear reduction is key to complementing your ride style. Go with a 30% reduction if you want more torque while maintaining a high speed. Want extreme torque for the worst trails and biggest tires? Grab the 60% gear reduction. Our 45% reduction gives you a solid mix of both.
